Credit Card Refund Policy

Credit card charges for stalls will be refunded if we are given notice of cancellation by email seven days before the event and we can relet the stall space. Charges are not refundable for any cancellations later than seven days before an event or for bad weather on the day, breakdown on the way to the event or similar reasons or for advanced rent paid by Permanent stallholders.

Organic Food Market's Work Health & Safety (WHS) Policy is based on a belief that the wellbeing of people employed at work or people affected by our work is a major priority and must be considered during all work performed on our behalf.

People are our most important asset and their health and safety is our greatest responsibility. The public shall be given equal priority to that of our employees.

By demonstrating our commitment to CSR, we aim to align our business values, purpose and strategy with the needs of our clients, while embedding such responsible and ethical principles into everything we do.

All information provide by you which is kept in an electronic form is kept behind password protected barriers and any highly sensitive information, such as your passwords or credit card numbers are only kept in an encrpyted form,

Marrickville Market Hall Market Money

  1. Entrants cannot be stallholders or contractors to or employees of Organic Food Markets.
  2. Entrants must be 18 years or older and can only enter by using an entry card provided when they make a purchase within the Market Hall.
  3. The entry form must be placed in the receptacle provided in the Market Hall with the entrants mobile number.
  4. Each week the opens on Sunday and ends at 2:30 pm.
  5. The prize is a Market Money voucher worth $50 that can be spent at any stall in the Market Hall. It may not be used together with any other offer.
  6. The winning entry is drawn out of the receptacle at 2:30 pm.
  7. The winner will be announced in the Market Hall and will be sms'd. They have five minutes to come to the Market Hall and reclaim or the draw will take place again.
